Lower back pain?

So many things lead to lower back pain: sitting at the computer all day, lifting incorrectly, overdoing it in general then just bending/twisting the wrong way…yet there are ways to prevent those ‘oh no’ moments. The advice I give my patients is to get an adjustment and go for a 20 minute walk once a day.
